The following conditions apply:
Delivery of the goods is worldwide.
Customers who order from outside the EU will be refunded the VAT.
Excluding crises and war zones. For countries not listed, please contact us for shipping conditions.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 days for domestic deliveries (Austria) and within 5 days for international deliveries.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The invoice amount must be paid within 10 days if you pay by invoice.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.

For Switzerland and Great Britain and Liechtenstein**
From now on we will only ship to Switzerland with the Austrian and Swiss postal services. The Swiss postal service will take care of any customs clearance. Although the freight costs are higher, the customs costs are in part considerably cheaper than with DHL. Up to a goods value of CHF 63.00, no import VAT and customs costs are incurred with postal shipping. With DHL at least € 24.00 handling fee plus freight costs.
