The history of THUN: an angel that gives joy

It was 1950 in the idyllic town of Bolzano when a special story began. Countess Lene Thun, inspired by the gentle stillness of her sleeping children, moulded a small pottery figure with love and devotion - the very first THUN angel. This delicate work of art, born out of a moment of pure security, became a symbol of love, peace and warmth.

Since then, the angel has become an integral part of many Italian households and is known far beyond the borders of South Tyrol. The THUN angel not only carries the history of its origins, but also the values of a brand that has made it its mission to touch hearts.

Over the decades, the THUN atelier has used its tireless creativity to create collections that fill everyday life with joy. From enchanting gift ideas and lovingly designed home accessories to unique fashion and children's collections - each piece tells a story of beauty and emotion.
